Scottsdale, Ariz. – (August 6, 2020) – Arizona-based restaurant group Pita Jungle utilizes local business Company Nurse LLC, the premier nurse triage and reporting service for workplace injuries, to further protect their employees, customers, and vendors from COVID-19 exposures with Company Nurse’s COVID-19 digital screening solution and triage guidance service.
Company Nurse’s new service provides employees with a safe and secure digital screening process with the most up-to-date CDC guidelines, before entering the workplace. Employees have a unique link and QR code to access the service via website or mobile phone.
Screened, healthy employees will receive a digital “green light” to share with their supervisors upon entering their workplace. If employees indicate COVID-19-related symptoms or exposures that may need to be addressed, they will schedule a call with one of Company Nurse’s expert triage nurses for additional guidance. This is an optional, additional service.
Employers’ program coordinators have access to a secure admin portal to monitor and manage users’ screening statuses.
“At Company Nurse, we want to help employers protect their workplaces and their organizations from COVID-19 exposures,” stated Paul Binsfeld, president and founder of Company Nurse, “We’re proud to help participating Pita Jungles maintain healthy work environments and show their employees that Pita Jungle cares about their well-being.”
“Company Nurse is a brilliant solution that helps us minimize virus exposure to our employees and customers,” says Bassel Osmani, co-founder of Pita Jungle. “As the screening process occurs remotely and from the employees’ personal surrounds, we eliminate one risk layer of contagion by helping to prevent any symptomatic individual from reporting physically to our facilities, guiding them instead through the Company Nurse process to the appropriate resources until they are cleared to resume work. Company Nurse has boosted our employees’ confidence and morale by enhancing the safety measures we are taking in operating our restaurants.”
In addition to utilizing Company Nurse’s COVID-19 digital screening solution and triage guidance service at participating locations, Pita Jungle has implemented safety practices closely following the recommendations issued by the CDC and state authorities. These include enhanced sanitation procedures, face masks, social distancing, curbside pickup with tamper-evident bags, and strict food safety guidelines at all locations throughout Arizona.
