The Awesome Work You’ll be Doing:

The CM is the lead relationship manager for Company Nurse, responsible for ensuring that strategic Client needs are identified and addressed, ensuring a high level of Client satisfaction by being proactive toward achieving Client results as a strategic partner.  The CM role includes identifying benchmarks and goals, providing continuous improvement plans, and stewardship. Here’s how:

  • You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for identifying and resolving complex Client challenges.
  • Provide best-in-class Client service by proactively providing strategic insights.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of Client’s core structure and business needs and effectively implement plans to meet/exceed those needs.
  • Demonstrate understanding of Client requirements as well as the ability to articulate such to internal partners for successful implementation.
  • Work with Client to target program goals and objectives, e.g. claims volume and cost reduction, ER usage, reporting lag reduction.
  • Provide marketing communication guidance to Client as a means to increase program results.
  • Participate in strategic discussions pertaining to the Company goals for profitability and retention of Clients.
  • Utilize Injury Summary Report and BI Analytics as consultative tools for guiding and recommending ways to improve results.
  • Provide detailed stewardship and program performance reviews with Client at designated intervals.
  • Monitor key performance metrics in order to provide and implement improvement plans.
  • Demonstrate ability to build trust, collaboration, and support across the organization through open communication to drive results and achieve success.
  • Communicate effectively with assigned Account Executives to mutually manage Client program.
  • Proactively seek out additional opportunities for business development and program expansion.
  • Present partner service opportunities where beneficial to Client.
  • Support Sales team efforts and provide feedback to Sales as needed.
  • Support/participate in continuous process improvement activities as required.
  • Provide Client coverage for other CMs as needed.

We are looking for someone with the right experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered.
  • 5 years in a Sales, Business Development, or Client Management Role.
  • Workers’ Comp or Insurance industry experience a plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This job requires no supervision of others.

What We Need from You:

We have an awesome team, so our standards are high. We’ve listed below the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position.

  • Current AZ & CA RN license (BSN preferred). Must obtain any required out of state license(s) within 6 months from date of hire.
  • RN experience in a Contact Center, Ambulatory Care, Inpatient (acute care), or related Clinical Nursing for 2 of the last 4 years.
  • Ability to navigate between various software systems on a personal computer w/ an established operating system.
  • We love good communication! You must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Be a “people-person”— We need you to have awesome customer service skills.
  • We take privacy seriously—You must follow our confidentiality policies.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience:

Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN), or equivalent from two-year college or technical school + 10 years’ practical experience; Current Registered Nursing license (RN) in Arizona and California; 6 months to 1-year related customer service/call center experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Awesome Work You’ll be Doing:

You’ll be in charge of gathering and triaging workplace injuries, along with supervising the clinical staff.

  • Assessing and triaging patients via contact center, following nursing protocols, identifying patient needs, and appropriately advising patient of the right level of care.
  • Facilitating chart review with Chief Medical Officer.
  • Monitoring, organizing, and coaching RN team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Hiring and training new RN employees.
  • Ensuring that the clinical staff members follow their schedules properly, as designed.
  • Monitoring RN licensing.
  • Establishing department guidelines.
  • Evaluating individual RN performance.
  • Handling customer complaints, questions, and queries as necessary.
