SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA, May 5, 2020 – Company Nurse, the premier nurse triage and reporting service for workplace injuries, announced today that they have made the No-Layoff Pledge, their promise to not lay off employees during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The No-Layoff Pledge is a movement by leaders of technology companies, a sector that has not been as hard-hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, across the country to not lay off employees through July 1st, 2020.
Those who have made the pledge hope that by July, some sense of normalcy will have returned, rendering such a pledge unnecessary.
“At Company Nurse, our people come first,” stated Paul Binsfeld, president and founder of Company Nurse, “One of our core values is do the right thing. By making the No-Layoff Pledge, we are doing the right thing for our team members and their families, providing them with job security and peace of mind.”
Company Nurse has previously been recognized for their commitment to their employees, being named both a “Top Company to Work for in Arizona” and one of the “Best Entrepreneurial Companies in America” by Entrepreneur Magazine for two consecutive years.
