SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA, June 23, 2022Company Nurse, the premier nurse triage and reporting service for workplace injuries, and its sister company, Lintelio, the digital workplace health and safety solution, have signed the Mental Health Pledge.

The pledge, created by Thrive Global and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), “reaffirm[s] that employee mental health and well-being remain as essential as ever” and promises to “continue prioritizing the well-being and mental health of employees through the uncertain times that lie ahead – and maintain investments and commitments in this critical area.”

As a part of their pledge, Company Nurse and Lintelio are focusing on their core value “compassion for everyone,” promoting work/life balance and funding mental health services for their team members. In fact, leadership feels so strongly about the value of such services, Lintelio has built easy access to them into its digital tools for Company Nurse and Lintelio clients to use with their own employees.

“With our digital health and safety tool, Lintelio, its easier than for employees, to access these services. With just a few clicks, they can connect to the mental health care they need,” explains Paul Binsfeld, the president and founder of Company Nurse and CEO of Lintelio. “We are not only fulfilling this pledge internally, through our culture and benefits, but externally by helping organizations provide mental health access to their own team members.”
