When a worker contacts Company Nurse to report an injury, the Company Nurse triage nurse provides the injured worker with direction to the appropriate level of care. With the collaboration with One Call, when the injury warrants attention at a medical facility, the triage nurse asks the injured worker if they have transportation. If needed, the Company Nurse system can now seamlessly initiate a request to RelayRIDE, immediately verify availability, and schedule a pickup with a contracted driver. The injured employee receives real-time ride status text messages, without the need for an app.
